Looks good but a lot of the wooden planks are rotting/falling apart. Seems to be an ongoing issue with developer after so many years.
Loved this condo. Great facilities and vibe. Flats are a bit small, but overall very nice. Would have given 5 stars, but the lack of maintenance is unbelievable. Very dangerous around the pool area with no repairs in months.
Would have been better if the mcst could do something about the dogs owners who walk their pets to the adult fitness corner to let off the poop. It's not ethical to do that.
With comparison I appreciate The Tembusu even more. Such generous outdoor spaces, unique design, good quality construction in the interiors, no issues with the management…simply surpasses other condos
Loved the landscaping done in this condo. The houses are smaller. Conveniently located very near Kovan MRT. The upgradation work going on in Serangoon river outside causes noise and disturbance.
The Tembusu is located a few hundred metres away from Kovan station. Though the apartments look smaller, the amenities that this condo has are nice. The outdoor party spaces by the pool side and the indoor party hall have all the essential facilities. The outdoor landscaping done here is quite nice.
The nearest shops from this condo are the ones located at Heartland Mall, Kovan or the shops in the HDB blocks behind Tembusu.
Nice condo with very decent facilities. Unfortunately for the smokers, this condo is strictly a non-smoking compound.

Live here for 2 years with my husband. Lovely condo with a lot of facilities.
